As the name suggests Change Works that is the purpose of this site to make changes in people that work. My remuneration depends upon that fact.

Having spent most of my life in different occupations and fields I noticed that some people are more successful than others and began working on that is it that makes the difference between those who become more highly skilled at what they do than others and began a journey of discovery that has led me here writing this down and using Hypnosis and Systems based learning’s to help you make changes In you that will work to improve your life.

One Key point I have found to be paramount in a lot of different books methodologies miracle cure books is they rely upon people being the same “If I can do it so can you” type of thinking. Yes this is true, to a point, as those people who are very much like the author will be able to make significant changes and show those close to them there is a change. What about all the other people who are unlike the author, those who have much less of a marked result, did they fail? Did they do something wrong? NO, they just are different people who need different kinds of stimuli to make the changes.

However One Very Important Factor is Each person is an individual and needs to be treated as such rather than the clone of another.

The ChangeWorks Factory does just that so that whatever reason you come to me you will be treated as the individual you are and the changes you want to make will be tailored specifically to meet your needs.

Together we will explore the issues you have that want to have change find out the systems and processes you use to do what you do work out what you want to change and what will work best for you to achieve you aims.
